Return and Refund Policy
1. Right of Withdrawal (EU / Germany)

The statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to all products that are not custom-made.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us clearly (e.g., via email):

2. Returning the Goods

After withdrawing, you must return the goods to us immediately and no later than within 14 days.

The goods must:

be unused and unworn
be in their original condition
be returned in the original packaging
include all tags/labels
be returned with proof of purchase
3. Return Costs

As a general rule, the buyer bears the cost of return shipping.

An exception applies only if:

an incorrect item was delivered, or
the item arrived damaged
In these cases, we will cover the return costs or provide a suitable solution (e.g., a replacement).

4. Handmade Products (e.g., Tesbihs)

Our handmade Tesbihs are crafted individually and with great care.

👉 Therefore:

No right of withdrawal applies to custom-made products pursuant to § 312g Para. 2 No. 1 BGB (German Civil Code)
No exchange or return if you simply do not like the item
5. Complaints Regarding Handmade Products

If a handmade product is damaged or an incorrect item is delivered, please contact us immediately. We require:

Order number
Photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
After review, you will receive either:

a free replacement or
another suitable solution
6. Non-returnable items

The following items are excluded from returns:

handmade (custom-made) tesbihs
personalized products
discounted items (if marked accordingly)
gift vouchers
7. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of the refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued within 14 days to the original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the amount to appear in your account.

8. Important note

Returns made without prior notification or approval cannot be accepted.
