1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via the "Tesbih by Albi" online shop.

3. Conclusion of Contract

The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding product presentation.

By clicking the order button, you place a binding order. The purchase contract is concluded once we confirm your order via email.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices include statutory VAT.

Shipping costs are displayed separately during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

Delivery is made to the address specified by the customer.

Unless otherwise stated, the delivery time is approximately 1–3 business days within Germany (processing times may vary for handmade products).

We bear the risk of shipment until the goods are handed over to the customer.

6. Payment Terms

Payment is made via the payment methods offered in the online shop.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a statutory right of withdrawal.

Instructions on Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Tesbih by Albi, Email: tesbihbyalbi@gmail.com) of your decision by means of an unequivocal statement (e.g., an email).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the withdrawal period has expired. Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

8. Returns and handmade products

Handmade and personalized *tesbihs* are excluded from the right of withdrawal and return, as they are individually crafted products.

However, should a product arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can offer a solution (replacement or inspection).

9. Warranty

Statutory warranty rights apply.

10. Liability

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence, as well as for injury to life, body, or health.

In cases of simple negligence, we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

11. Dispute Resolution

The EU Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution.

We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

12. Final Provisions

German law applies, excluding the UN Sales Convention (CISG).
