Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship both handmade Tesbih and other products via DHL.

Germany: approx. 1–3 business days

EU countries: approx. 5–10 business days

International: approx. 7–15 business days

Important Note:

Handmade products (e.g., Tesbih): Due to their custom-made nature, these may require an additional processing time of 1–3 business days.

In-stock items (standard products): Usually ship faster.

Shipping and Tracking

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout and displayed before you finalize your order.

We ship to Germany, the European Union, and internationally.

The specific shipping method and costs will be displayed at checkout.

Tracking

All orders come with a tracking number so you can track your shipment.

You will automatically receive this tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

We offer free shipping within Germany on orders over €80.

Orders containing multiple items will be shipped together once all products are ready for dispatch.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to additional customs fees or taxes. These are to be paid by the buyer.
